Greenslopes Private Hospital continues to expand its robotic surgery program with the newest generation da Vinci Xi® robotic surgical system coming in 2016. This second robot will mean more access to advanced minimally invasive surgical options for patients with diseases and conditions in the areas of urology, gynaecology, colorectal, head and neck and general surgery.


Robotic hysterectomy now an option for patients at Greenslopes Private

Gynaecological Oncologist, Associate Professor Russell Land recently performed the first robotic hysterectomies at Greenslopes. Many women suffer from gynaecologic conditions that may require a hysterectomy.
